Hours of Operation:
Normal hours of operation are 8 AM – 5 PM Monday through Friday.
Website is available to you 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
Freight & Shipping Charges:
Shipping Cost Is Not Included – we will quote the best option and send you a quote. Please contact us by email or phone for information regarding Freight & Shipping Charges, we can quote you all charges related to your order prior to shipment. Prices for our products do not include freight costs. We add shipping charges to your order at the time of invoice. Shipping rates are based quantity, type of product and place of delivery.
Payment Options, Terms & Taxes:
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Paypal. We also welcome purchase orders from schools, governmental facilities, and other public facilities and large companies. No tax is charged on any orders billed outside of our home state Florida. Standard Sales Taxes is charged on Florida based customers. If you are tax exempt, please send us your exempt certificate form.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations:
No returns of any merchandise will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number Code. Please contact customer service to receive a Code number. All returns must be made within a maximum 7 days of receiving the order. There will be a 25% retention of the full order amount for restocking fee. Returns should be sent to the address of the shipper in Miami, FL 33166 that will be on your original packing list. Any products to be found defective, the manufacturers warranty will apply (Excludes shipping charges). Items returned must be in new and resalable conditions and also in original packaging. Buyer is responsible for all freight costs on returns. Note: When returning products, be sure to send them pre-paid, insured and save your shipper’s tracking number. Without a tracking number, it may be difficult to prove that your return arrived at our factories.
